Digital images are the most popular and can be increased to the largest sizes but we can scan almost any medium from an ordinary photo, original painting or design artwork to even material or wallpaper.
We can change the colours of images to black and white or one tonal colour or we can even colour match your own fabric swatches or paint samples.
Bleed or No Bleed
All of our own images have Bleed but you can choose to have Bleed or No Bleed for your own pictures.
BLEED
Where the image wraps around the sides of the stretcher. The image requires an extra 3" all the way around the edge to allow for the image to wrap around the sides and back of the stretcher so please do not crop too closely!!
NO BLEED
No Bleed - where the image is accurately printed and stretched to the front edge of the canvas frame and the sides remain white
What Next ?
There are 2 steps to the process:
1.
Either email your image to sales@portobelloart.co.uk or Upload your image. (Images preferably need to be in RGB JPG or TIFF PC format and a 1 meg jpg would be large enough for a 20” x 16” photographic image or a 40” x 30” abstract image). This may take some time if you have a slow connection so please be patient.
2.
Complete the details on the forms.
